Today I am thankful for doctors. I am thankful that they take the extra time to go to medical school and study so hard. I went to my doctor today for a check-up on my shoulder. He said that I could take the sling off. Where the break is located the sling doesn't really help in the healing process so that is good, but it is still broken and I will continue to experience pain for the next 4-6 weeks....bummer.
Also, my grandmother went for another check-up at M.D. Anderson in Houston. Her cancer is responding to the chemo and all of the tumors in her lungs and stomach have strunk which is positive! They want to do 3 more rounds of chemo before they do the scans again. Thanks for your prayers.
